Awesome experience from start to finish! My homeowners insurance company is a real pain to deal with and they try every trick in the book to get out of paying for damages that are clearly covered by our policy. The crew at Smart Exteriors put me at ease from the start and took over dealing with my insurance company. Despite the insurance company’s best efforts to deny the repairs (my home needed a full roof replacement), Smart Exteriors was unphased and diligently stayed on top of the adjuster and got the entire job approved! These guys/gals don’t give up until the insurance company does the right thing! They have the patience of a saint to deal with insurance and the skill, knowledge, experience, and professionalism to get a positive result from insurance. Then there is their actual work. They got us scheduled within less than a week, arrived promptly on installation day, and got to work right away. They tarped over our personal property and moved things out of the way, so as to not damage any of our stuff. Despite having unforeseen and additional damage to some of the plywood underlayment, they were able to replace it and continue on with the roof installation as scheduled. Their crew worked tirelessly from sun up until sundown to get the entire job completed in one day! Awesome! The crew cleaned up thoroughly when they were done and left no trace that they were there besides our beautiful new roof! Awesome work, Smart Exteriors! Our next door neighbors also hired Smart Exteriors for damage from the same storm that hit us and just like with our job, our neighbors were beyond pleased with the entire process and their roof looks amazing as well!

Roof Smart Pro were professional, took all the time I needed to explain the process, materials, protective and cleanup measures, equipment, etc. We were very impressed. We were able to get the color and type of shingles we wanted. We had both the roof and gutters replaced. Great cleanup. House looks beautiful.

Very professional and before they got my business they helped with talking to The crooked Erie Insurance adjuster, where he accused then of breaking a shingle in front of the adjuster to get out of paying a claim. Next door same damage and he was repaired by USAA. The time and energy to help with claim is remarkable. Even though I had to pay out of pocket because Erie is a garbage insurance company, they were reasonably priced and very professional that got my roof, gutters and soffit down between the snow and holidays.

I had damage to an awning and Greg helped me through the entire processes of getting it replaced and what was involved and what to expect with the insurance company. He worked diligently with the insurance to get the work done in a timely and professional manner. I can’t recommend them enough, they really work hard and know what they are doing when dealing with insurance. The end result was my awning and entire roof being replaced.
